Platform fee

For firms up to 10 people.

For a Guided Firm Rollout, the platform fee begins after the guided launch if the firm continues. Starter timing and scope are confirmed during the sales conversation.

AI Work Plan

Each enabled person has an individual AI Work Plan.

PROOF runs in a web browser on desktop and laptop. On the go, use Telegram. Mobile web is coming soon.

  • Today, each person chooses from supported AI models.
  • Automatic model selection, broader model and tool optimization, usage tracking, spend caps, alerts, and right-sizing from real usage are planned capabilities.

Dedicated Deployment

Custom pricing, built on discovery

Dedicated is priced in three parts, so you know what each phase covers before you commit to the next.

  1. 01

    Paid discovery.

    Priced to the firm's scope. Maps systems, approved sources and destinations, integrations, workflows, governance, security, infrastructure, adoption needs, and ongoing support requirements.

  2. 02

    Scoped deployment.

    A separate scoped deployment fee, quoted after discovery, covers the agreed build, configuration, integrations, deployment, training, testing, and hardening.

  3. 03

    Monthly or annual managed support.

    One agreement covering the agreed dedicated environment, maintenance, Knowledge System custody, customer success, adoption support, and engineering capacity.

Dedicated inquiries are welcome. Paid discovery and deployment timing are confirmed based on scope and available engineering capacity.

No standard Dedicated price is published. Every firm is different. We assess before we prescribe.
