Deployment options

Two ways to deploy. One Knowledge System your firm owns

Standard and Dedicated are parallel choices, not steps. Choose the one that fits your firm from the beginning.

Both paths include a firm-owned Knowledge System, a Twin for each enabled person, implementation and adoption support, and ongoing Knowledge System custody within the agreed scope. They differ in infrastructure, standardization, engineering intensity, integrations, governance, customization, and ongoing support.

Your firm owns and controls the business knowledge. PROOF maintains and supports the underlying Knowledge System within the agreed scope.

Dedicated is available from the start. You do not need to begin on Standard. A Standard client can move to Dedicated when its needs change.

Standard Deployment

Prove it on real work first

Standard runs on PROOF's multi-tenant platform. Begin with lower-friction Starter Access for one person, or use the Guided Firm Rollout to onboard multiple people through implementation, training, adoption coaching, and customer success.

Starter Access

Lower-friction paid access for one person, including one Twin, supported connections, self-guided training resources, baseline support, and a defined AI Work Plan.

Current Starter pricing, scope, and availability are confirmed during a conversation. The $5,000 guided-rollout fee is not required for Starter Access.

Guided Firm Rollout

A 30-day implementation and adoption program for firms enabling multiple people. Current working pricing is $5,000 for firms enabling up to 10 people.

Guided Firm Rollout includes

  • Firm-owned Knowledge System and a Twin for each enabled person
  • Readiness and surface assessment
  • Guided onboarding and standard configuration
  • Approved source and destination connections
  • Initial training and adoption coaching
  • Initial Workflow discovery
  • Customer success during onboarding and the 30-day PROOF of value
  • PROOF connector
  • Call Triage as client rollout becomes available
  • Standard Knowledge System custody

Material integrations, extended engineering, client-specific customization, deeper Workflow development, higher-touch support, and work outside the Standard boundary are quoted separately.

Standard fit

  • Fastest productized path
  • Lower-complexity requirements and fewer systems to connect
  • Comfortable with multi-tenant infrastructure
  • Wants hands-on implementation, training, and adoption support within a defined boundary

Guided Firm Rollout: the first 30 days

  1. Days 1 to 7Go live.Onboard users, assess work surfaces, configure approved sources and destinations, and begin daily habits.
  2. Days 8 to 21Deepen daily use.Bring real work to each Twin, continue training and adoption support, and identify repeated work that may become Workflows.
  3. Days 22 to 30Test and review value.Tune the first Workflows and review operating value, productivity effects, and knowledge captured.
  4. Day 31 onwardContinue and grow.If the firm continues, the platform fee and per-user AI Work Plans begin. Add users, Workflows, and separately scoped work over time.

Planned before broader rollout: per-user spend caps and usage alerts, client-facing usage visibility, and right-sizing plans from real usage.

Standard working pricing

  • Starter Access: pricing and availability confirmed during a conversation
  • Guided Firm Rollout: $5,000 one time for firms enabling up to 10 people, not required for Starter Access
  • Platform fee: $500 per month for firms up to 10 people if the firm continues
  • AI Work Plans: from $200 per enabled user per month
  • Over 10 people: quoted by scope

Working pricing may change as PROOF validates usage and delivery costs.

Dedicated Deployment

PROOF deployed in an environment dedicated to your firm

Dedicated deploys PROOF in a single-tenant environment configured around the firm's systems, people, governance requirements, and ways of working. A dedicated PROOF engineer and customer success lead work with the firm from paid discovery through deployment and ongoing support.

  1. 10 to 45 daysPaid discovery.Priced to the firm's scope. Maps systems, approved sources and destinations, integrations, workflows, governance, security, infrastructure, adoption needs, and support requirements.
  2. 10 to 30 daysBuild and deploy.Establish the dedicated Knowledge System, configure permissions, and connect in-scope systems.
  3. Up to 30 more daysTest and harden.Test with users, tune Workflows, train teams, and validate permissions and integrations.
  4. Monthly or annualManaged support.Covers the agreed dedicated environment, maintenance, Knowledge System custody, customer success, adoption support, and engineering capacity.

Dedicated fit

  • More control over the environment
  • More complex integration requirements
  • Stronger governance, permission, or security needs
  • Dedicated engineering and customer-success support
  • Capital for paid discovery, deployment, and ongoing support

Dedicated pricing

  • Paid discovery, priced to scope
  • Scoped deployment fee quoted after discovery
  • Monthly or annual managed support agreement

No standard Dedicated price is published. Every firm is different. We assess before we prescribe.

Infrastructure ownership, operational control, portability, and exit rights depend on the final agreement and deployment structure.

Dedicated is open to any qualified firm. You do not need to start on Standard.

Dedicated inquiries are welcome. Paid discovery and deployment timing are confirmed based on scope and available engineering capacity.
