The basics
What is PROOF?
PROOF helps construction firms adopt AI through a firm-owned Knowledge System. Your firm's Knowledge System grows through daily work, corrections, decisions, relationships, and lessons, and each person gets a Twin that helps them use AI across their day.
What is a Twin?
A Twin is each person's own AI assistant inside your firm's Knowledge System. It helps you plan, prepare, draft, triage, track, debrief, and remember. It learns from your work and your corrections, so it gets more useful over time.
What is a firm-owned Knowledge System?
It's your firm's projects, decisions, relationships, workflows, and lessons, connected across the tools and sources you approve. It grows through daily work, corrections, decisions, relationships, and lessons. It belongs to your firm, so what your people learn stays with the firm, even as people, tools, and AI models change.
Does the firm own its Knowledge System?
Yes. Your firm owns and controls the business knowledge accumulated in its Knowledge System. PROOF owns and operates the underlying platform and software, and maintains and supports the Knowledge System within the agreed deployment scope.
Is PROOF only for small firms?
No. Smaller firms often start with Standard Deployment. Growing firms, and firms that want more control or more systems connected, can choose Dedicated Deployment from the start.
Working with your tools
Does PROOF replace Procore, Autodesk Build, Sage, CMiC, Viewpoint, or other systems?
No. PROOF works alongside the systems your firm already uses. Integrations with construction platforms, accounting, and ERP systems are scoped separately for each firm.
Does PROOF replace ChatGPT or Claude?
No. They're useful tools, and PROOF works with them. What PROOF adds is a Knowledge System your firm owns, so AI is grounded in your firm's projects, people, decisions, and history.
Can we keep using Claude?
Yes. The PROOF connector lets your people keep working in Claude, with answers grounded in your firm's Knowledge System.
What is the PROOF connector?
The PROOF connector links your firm's Knowledge System to the AI app you already use, starting with Claude. It's live with Claude today as read-only. Two-way "Save this to PROOF," with user confirmation and permission checks, is planned. It's included with every deployment.
What is PROOF Call Triage?
PROOF Call Triage is in final testing before client rollout. Today it captures who called, prepares a short summary, applies an urgency level of urgent, high, normal, or low, and suggests one next step. The call appears as a chat in the person's PROOF. Project identification, callback preparation, task and CRM routing, and broader Knowledge System capture are planned.
What does PROOF connect to?
PROOF currently connects to Gmail and Outlook email and calendars, approved Google Drive and SharePoint folders, Slack, Telegram, and Claude through the read-only PROOF connector. Accounting, ERP, CRM, Procore, Teams, and other client-specific systems require separately scoped integration work. For Google Drive, PROOF syncs only approved folders. Google's authorization screen may request broader Drive read access as part of the current connection process. Request a security review if your team needs to evaluate the permission scope.
What happens if we need tools or surfaces we don't have?
If the firm does not have a CRM or task board, PROOF can help establish basic spreadsheets in approved locations. PROOF does not currently provide its own CRM, ERP, or task-board product.
Control and security
Does PROOF make decisions or send communications without approval?
No. Your Twin prepares and drafts. You review, decide, and approve.
How does PROOF protect private communications?
Each person has their own private Twin. For details on how PROOF handles your firm's information, request a security review, and we'll walk through it with your team.

Getting started and pricing
What is the difference between Standard and Dedicated?
Standard runs on PROOF's multi-tenant platform. You can begin with Starter Access for one person or a Guided Firm Rollout for multiple people. Dedicated deploys PROOF in a single-tenant environment dedicated to your firm, with a dedicated PROOF engineer, and begins with paid discovery. They are parallel choices, and both give your firm a Knowledge System it owns.
Can one person start without the full firm rollout?
Yes. Starter Access is lower-friction paid access for one person, with one Twin, supported connections, self-guided training resources, baseline support, and a defined AI Work Plan. Current Starter pricing, scope, and availability are confirmed during a conversation. The $5,000 guided-rollout fee does not apply to Starter Access.
What is the Guided Firm Rollout?
It's a 30-day implementation and adoption program for firms enabling multiple people, using the firm's real work. It covers guided onboarding, configuration, training, adoption coaching, initial Workflow discovery, and customer success. Working pricing is $5,000 one time for firms enabling up to 10 people. It is not a trial fee.
How long does implementation take?
The Guided Firm Rollout runs 30 days. Starter timing is confirmed during a conversation. Dedicated moves through paid discovery (10 to 45 days), build and deploy (10 to 30 days), and test and harden (up to 30 more days). Dedicated inquiries are welcome; paid discovery and deployment timing are confirmed based on scope and available engineering capacity.
What is an AI Work Plan?
It's the AI work included for each enabled person each month, from $200 per enabled user. Today, each person chooses from supported AI models. Usage tracking, spend caps, alerts, automatic model selection, broader model and tool optimization, and right-sizing from real usage are planned, not live.
How does pricing work?
Starter Access pricing is confirmed during a conversation. The Guided Firm Rollout is $5,000 one time for firms enabling up to 10 people. If the firm continues, a $500 monthly platform fee and AI Work Plans from $200 per enabled user per month begin. Larger Standard deployments are quoted by scope. Dedicated has custom pricing: paid discovery, a scoped deployment fee, and monthly or annual managed support. Per-user spend caps and usage alerts are planned before broader rollout.
Does PROOF have a mobile app?
Not yet. PROOF runs in a web browser on desktop and laptop. On the go, use Telegram to talk to your Twin. Mobile web is coming soon.
